Our Team

Shannon joined the CalmWater team, bringing more than a decade of experience in the financial planning industry. She plays a key role in supporting daily operations and serves as a central resource to ensure efficient processes and exceptional service for clients.

With a passion for the financial industry – its structure, strategy, and impact inspire her daily – she brings strong organizational skills that ensure careful attention to detail and timely execution. She enjoys collaborating with others to solve problems and achieve shared goals with purpose and efficiency. She earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Northeast Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry of Health Sciences from Wayne State College.

A lifelong resident of Northeast Nebraska, Shannon appreciates the values of the Midwestern community. Outside of the office, Shannon values time spent with her family, snuggling in with a good book, a great workout, or a delicious barbeque.  Shannon resides in the Norfolk area with her husband, Eric, and their two children.
