With over a decade of experience in client relationship management and financial services, she is known for creating a seamless, supportive experience for both clients and advisors. From managing account processes to coordinating across teams, Nicole thrives in the details—while never losing sight of the people behind them.

Her approach is rooted in connection. Nicole believes that strong relationships and clear communication are the foundation of great financial planning, and she takes pride in being a trusted, reliable point of contact for the clients she serves. Prior to joining CalmWater, she built her career supporting high-net-worth clients, leading operational initiatives, and contributing to growing advisory practices.

Originally from the West Coast, Nicole’s move to the Midwest during high school shaped her adaptability and down-to-earth perspective—qualities that continue to influence how she shows up for her team and clients today.

Outside of work, Nicole’s life is centered around faith, family, and staying active. She recently got married and loves being a wife and stepmom to two kiddos, an auntie to the sweetest toddler, as well as a devoted dog mom. A passionate advocate for fitness and nutrition, she brings the same discipline and consistency from her wellness routine into her professional life. Nicole also has a deep commitment to serving others, regularly volunteering and staying involved in her church and community—always striving to make a positive, lasting impact wherever she can.
