National Night Out

On Tuesday, August 2nd, as part of the National Night Out event held at Norfolk’s Central Park, CalmWater staff members handed out chips at the event designed to heighten awareness of crime and drug prevention. Local families were able to interact with representatives from the police & fire department and a variety of civic and service organizations. CalmWater has developed a program called “CalmWater Cares” to help create and encourage a culture of giving within our organization. We have three “pillars” that we like to focus our efforts under: Serving Those Who Serve; Serving our Youth and Disaster Relief. These fine organizations fit well within our pillars of support.
